What we collect

This is a static website with no accounts and no tracking pixels. We do not run advertising or analytics cookies on it. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us: if you use the contact form or email us directly, we receive your name, your email address, and whatever you write in your message.

Why we use it

We use the details you send for one purpose: to read your message and reply. We do not sell that information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. If we ever need a service provider to help us respond (for example, an email host), they act on our instructions and only for that purpose.

Legal basis (EEA and UK)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal basis for handling your message is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, and, where you start the exchange, taking steps at your request. We keep correspondence only as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy in a portable form. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, California residents can ask what personal information we have collected and request its deletion, and we will not discriminate against you for asking. International transfers

We are based in the United States, so a message you send from another country is read and stored in the US. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for that transfer.
